BYB MODULE 1 – WELCOME TO “START-UP TO BUILD-UP”

It does not matter if you are a college student, stay home mother or father, a veteran or currently working for a Fortune 500 company, if you want to start and grow a thriving business, you must get in “business shape” for the work ahead to make it happen. This requires preparation, equipping and premium coaching and training. I call this “shape-up to “build-up” because it requires the right foundation to get started, grow and launch and land 6 to 7 figure contracts.

Getting in business shape does not require a diet or exercise in the conventional sense of these words, but you need to be sure you have the skills and knowledge for the business venture you are about to launch. There are many lessons to learn and learning them along with the many issues that come along with becoming a boss is paramount.

In this module, we will begin to coach and equip you through a pre-opening check-up on your mindset, entrepreneurship traits, a new business check list and preparing for business.  Bottom line, it is essential that your business game plan is closely aligned with those needed by the business idea you have in mind and we help you get clear on structuring your business and so much more.  Essentially, to survive and win at this game called “entrepreneurship” you must be A-game ready for this life-changing journey.

As your coach, who has experienced great success in earning millions and failure experiencing things like hiring employees who were not the best fit; I know firsthand you may not have all the expertise you need to do everything for your business, but each module and training lesson is designed to introduce you to the knowledge and resources necessary to fill in the gaps in your niche and expertise and make the right decisions as you get started.
